Sales and payment terms
| Price | The final purchase confirmation screen for each plan shows the tax-inclusive price, billing cycle, initial charge and subsequent charges. |

Users bear internet access and communication charges and the cost of compatible devices and software. Automatic renewal, cancellation and refunds

Exceptions apply to duplicate billing, payment errors attributable to Koyu, conditions expressly stated during purchase or refunds required by law. |

System requirements
A current stable version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox with JavaScript, WebGL, cookies or equivalent session features, and a continuous internet connection are required. Plan and 3D views or large plans may require a compatible GPU and sufficient memory. A desktop environment with a keyboard and mouse or trackpad is recommended for primary plan editing operations.
Final purchase confirmation
When paid sales begin, immediately before the action that finalizes an order, a screen will display the plan and quantity, tax-inclusive price and additional costs, payment method and timing, availability timing, application period, whether renewal is automatic, the next renewal date, cancellation and refund terms and how to correct the order.

Use of the Service is subject to the Terms of Service. Personal information, data transmission during generation and a future Koyu Loop are described in the Privacy Policy and AI & Data Policy. If specific purchase information conflicts with this page, the more specific purchase conditions apply to that application to the extent permitted by law.
